SUPERVISION

Professional Supervision for workers in the social services industry as well as workers transitioning to remote/rural regions of Australia.

Regular Supervision is often a preventative to early burn-out as well as supporting longevity within the challenging social services industry.  Workers are encouraged to discuss the importance of Supervision with their management. Many organisations will cover the costs or part of the costs associated with Supervision.

Memberships to professional Associations often require a certain number of Supervision hours annually to meet the requirements of their professional registration.

Costs for Supervision can be tax deductible.

Service provision can be flexible to suit the individual or their organisation with after-hours available, including Saturdays.
